Return / Refund Policy

For all games purchased through the store: if you wish to return your product to us, we can provide a 100% refund on any unopened games (still in shrink wrap), minus shipping fees. We reserve the right to deny the request based on any circumstance (i.e., if the game was purchased a long time ago).

Missing or Damaged Parts

Generally, any games with damaged or missing parts can receive a replacement for those items for free within a 60-day window of your order. We reserve the right to deny or ask for shipping costs of certain replacement parts after the 60 day window.

Game boxes cannot be requested for a replacement unless the damage is major and heavily impacts storage integrity.

Shipping Regions

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.

We ship to most regions and countries during our Kickstarter campaigns, so stay tuned in for our next Kickstarter campaign.

If we are not shipping to your region, consider checking out some of our FLGS retailers in your region for their available stock.

I filled out my information incorrectly

Made an order on our store, but filled out the shipping address incorrectly or made an error?

Please email us ASAP. If the error is caught quickly, we will try our best to catch the error and amend your order info for you, but cannot guarantee it can be fixed in time before the order is fulfilled and sent out from our warehouse. If we can't change your order information in time before dispatch and the game goes to an incorrect address, it may bounce back--if the game comes back to our warehouse we will reach out and try to reship it back to you.

Quantity Limits

We have a limit of 3 products of one type per order. The products on our webstore are not for resale. If you are a retailer looking to purchase more games for your store and you're interested in being a verified seller of Townsfolk Tussle, please email us!
