Refund policy
Returns for Online Shop Orders:
If you wish to return your product to us, we can provide a 100% refund on any unopened games (still in shrink wrap), minus shipping fees. We reserve the right to deny the request based on any circumstance (i.e., if the game was purchased a long time ago, etc).
Please reach out to initiate a full return by filling out our Return Survey here. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Something to keep in mind about Townsfolk Tussle products is that if you wish to get rid of your game, consider selling it on the market instead, which may be more cost-effective than sending it back to us where you will be responsible for shipping costs, and gives folks in your area a chance to own the game!
- We are not accepting any returns/refunds for Kickstarter-pledged products at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If the item is still in shrink wrap and in good condition, you’ll be automatically refunded 100% of your order minus the cost of shipping, on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Replacement Part Policy
Any games with damaged or missing parts can receive a replacement for those items for free within a 60-day window of your order ship date. Reach out to Quartermaster Logistics to submit a replacement request.
- If you're a backer of our Kickstarter campaign please note we are not covering replacements for this anymore as the time allotment for replacements has passed. Depending on stock availability, you may still ask for a replacement piece if you are willing to cover costs (note they are all shipped from the US).
We ask that you thoroughly investigate your order contents once the product arrives. We reserve the right to deny the request or ask for shipping costs for certain replacement parts after a 60 day window of receiving your order, (i.e., it has been a long time since your order, it is a box request, we do not have the item in stock anymore, etc.)
- Note, box/tray replacements requests are only accepted for major damage that impacts the integrity of the storage solution, and where the majority of the damage was inflicted during the shipping process. Pictures of the damage on the box and shipping box are mandatory, so we can prove the damage was due to improper handling during the shipping process, and we can make a claim with the responsible shipping company. Accepted replacements will be up to our discretion, as game boxes are expensive to ship. If your game box only has minor damage (scuffs, scratches, dents, etc.) you can request the box and offer to pay for the replacement+shipping, if inventory allows.
Lost or Missing Orders
We are not responsible for any lost/missing orders due to inaccurate shipping details submitted to us.
If you incorrectly filled out your shipping address on an order made on this site, please email us and Quartermaster Logistics ASAP. If the error is caught immediately, there is a small window of time we can attempt to catch the error before the order is sent to our warehouse and fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee success.
Sometimes, lost in transit games get bounced back and sent back to the warehouse. If this occurs, we will attempt to reship it back to you after verifying your accurate address.
If you incorrectly filled out your email address: As long as your shipping address is accurate, you should still receive your order. You won't receive order confirmation or tracking info though! If a few weeks has gone by without an update, please reach out to us so we can track down your order.
