Shipping policy

Shipping:

Orders in the US* have free shipping for orders over $150 in value, before shipping is calculated. Taxes may apply.

*Does not include Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipping to Canada is based on weight. Taxes may apply.

 

Shipping Locations:

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.

Sign up for our email list to be notified when we ship to other locations and regions.

We ship to most regions and countries during our Kickstarter campaigns, so stay tuned in for our next Kickstarter campaign.

If we are not shipping to your region, consider checking out some of our FLGS retailers in your region for their available stock.

 

Process times:

We process orders every weekday at 8:00AM EST, with shipping occurring by the next 1-2 business days. Any orders submitted after 8:00AM EST will be pulled the next business day.

Once the order has been processed on our side, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24-48 hours on business days.

 

Delivery times:

The following times are estimates.

United States Lower 48:

• Orders under 8lbs: Shipped via SmartPost (2-7 Business Days)
• Orders over 8lbs: Shipped via Fedex Ground (1-5 Business Days)
  

United States AS/HI/PR/APO:

• Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)

Canada:

• Orders are collected and shipped out from Florida once every week. Once the games reach the Canadian warehouse (3-4 days), it's shipped via Ground (1-5 business days).
